Nothing is impossible for me Kathrin Bestler    4/18/2008

Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?
(Jeremiah 32:27)

"I can't do this!" Who has not said or thought that at some point in your life. I don't know any person that could say about themselves that they can do everything. There are always things that we don't feel capable of doing or we are unable to do.

Imagine for a moment someone that can do just everything. That is not so easy, is it? Even the super heroes from the movies and the books only have limited abilities. Often they have it only in a certain area. Even superman has certain things that he cannot do.

Yet we know someone who can do everything. And this somebody is even your creator, your personal counselor and your best friend. He loves you and he is there for you - every day. And for him nothing is impossible! Whatever it is that you need or that you desire, he is here and he can help you. It is awesome to know that we have such a strong ally.

What is it that you need today or that you desire? Perhaps you need healing, but you don't believe in it anymore because you have waited for so long already. Maybe you cannot cope so well with your life and you are desperate and depressed. Maybe you are longing for a spouse or you desire a child, whatever it is.

This Scripture from Jeremiah can give you hope again and build up your faith afresh. Jesus is alive and for him nothing is impossible. Whatever it is that you need it is possible for Him to make a way for you and to meet your need and to fulfill your desire.

Let me pray with you right now: Lord, we come before you. You know us through and through. You know what is inside of us and you know all the needs and the desires that there are. I ask you now that you meet this things in my brother or sister. It is not impossible for you to perform a miracle. There is nothing You cannot do. Thank you Lord, that you move now. Thank you for your love and your present grace that you will meet with this person! Thank you so much Lord. Amen.
